  7. I read in c12Seenpointc13.

  9. c11.) c13The first is about the way editors
  10. fake  their  articles,  to  make  them
  11. bigger because they use big fonts, and
  12. put  many  pictures,  etc.   It was an
  13. ironic  text,  not  to  be  taken  too
  14. serious,  but  irony  keeps  a  deeper
  15. sense.   Well,  this text is what made
  16. me write this article.

  19. also  by  c12Fishwave/Sardonyx  c13where  he
  20. states  that  everyone uses the PeeCee
  21. to  make  demos  on  Amigas.  Also, he
  22. says  that  the main editors don't use
  23. the  PeeCee  because  they  don't gain
  24. nothing by its text editors.

  27. f2c11           THE BLANK FACTS

  29. f1c13Well,  with these texts as the base of
  30. this  article,  I  want  to say what I
  31. have  found.  I visited my best friend
  32. at  school,  since  he  lives  in  the
  33. students  dormitory  and  has a PeeCee
  34. with  the  network  of the school.  On
  35. the PeeCee he show me a program called
  36. c12WORD97c13.   Well what is this?  It's not
  37. a  real  text  editor,  it is a letter
  38. editor  where  to  make  letters.   In
  39. c12WORD97c13  there  are  many  functions to
  40. print  letters  in  big fonts, etc.  I
  41. don't care for these options as I like
  42. to write letters with my handwriting.

  44. But  then  my friend loaded an example
  45. text and showed me the other functions
  46. of  c12WORD97c13.   Well what did I see with
  47. my eyes?
  48.  
  49. Spelling,  grammar,  hyphenation, word
  50. count, language check, thesaurus.  All
  51. these   options  make  you  write  the
  52. perfect  article  even  when you don't
  53. know  English too well!  I can set the
  54. WORD  to correct the spelling mistakes
  55. automatically.   Also  I  can tell one
  56. function to check sentence by sentence
  57. and    see    which    sentences   are
  58. constructed  with  wrong  English  and
  59. then   I   correct  them  myself!   In
  60. another   function   I  can  test  the
  61. readability  level  of  my article, to
  62. see   if   every   little   child  can
  63. understand  it or only the Englishmen!
  64. And the options continue and are many,
  65. like  there  is one to count the words
  66. and see how f2big f1is the article so that
  67. you don't make it boring.

  72. f1c13What  do  I think of this.  First that
  73. there  is  nothing  like  this  on the
  74. Amiga  text  editors.   I  know  other
  75. programs  like  c12Wordworth c13but they are
  76. commercial  and  don't  have all these
  77. features.   But  the  bigger  thing is
  78. that  there  are some main editors who
  79. are  using  this c12WORD97 c13to make  their
  80. articles  look cool!  In fact it's not
  81. like  c12Fishwave  c13has  said, but f2Its the
  82. editors  who  are  making the greatest
  83. use  of the PeeCee!  f1Because c12Photoshop
  84. c13can not make a picture on it's own and
  85. c12Protracker c13even with many channels can
  86. not  take  your 4ch mods and make them
  87. better  with  one  function!   But the
  88. editors  have  this!   They  can  load
  89. their article and use the functions to
  90. make  them  better.   Of  course  this
  91. takes  much patience, but I think that
  92. secretly there are people that use it.

  94. I  dont  know  who  has a PeeCee but I
  95. think that it's not nice that c12Macno c13is
  96. better than c12Lord Helmetc13, because c12Macno
  97. c13has  a PeeCee.  OK, not c12Macno c13but this
  98. was an example.

  103. f1c13Of  course  I think that there are the
  104. exceptions,  because  there  are  some
  105. strange/mad  main  editors  who invent
  106. some  words of the Scene like f2Scening,
  107. To Scene, Scenisticallyf1, and so on!

  109. I think that c12WORD97 c13doesn't have these
  110. words,  but  maybe I'm wrong!  I don't
  111. want to accuse the great guys who make
  112. nice  diskmags,  but  I think that the
  113. PeeCee  helps more the editors than in
  114. the  other Scene functions.  For now I
  115. don't   have   a  PeeCee  to  test  my
  116. articles  with  it.   But I maybe have
  117. the chance to do it.  But I ask myself
  118. this.   c12Is  it morally correct to have
  119. better texts because of using c12WORD97c13?
  120.
